Name: George Wright Age: 69Time with IGL: 5 MonthsIntroduction I
was born in Christchurch, New Zealand where I lived for 27 years
prior to moving to Wellington. I married my dear wife Val in 1992, she is
a histologist among other things, moreover we have been happily married
for 15 years. I
have 2 sons - George, 38 years old is a charted accountant and John, 36
years old is a school teacher. Over
the years my work history has included, ownership of a large dairy , this
was the first business that I bought. I eventually sold this a couple of
years later and bought a pub, after that I sold the pub and I bought
another dairy on top of a fruit and vegetable shop that my wife Val and I
both worked in. Last but not least we have also bought and run a lotto
shop/book store which we also sold. How
long have you been using the IGL system and what has it meant for
you? I
have been using the Intervest system for about 5 months now. This
business has been the first real opportunity for me to make money with
horses. I have had a lot of history with the horses mostly as a
punter. When
I was 60 I didn't want to take over or start another business so I started
to investigate other means of earning an income. I
have recently finished my training and am now starting to paper trade. The
Trilogics program means that I can have one day working the program and a
couple of days off. I have found that this sort of program requires me to
apply myself to a data based business and apply a mathematical approach.
not punting. Why
did you buy the IGL program, why did you leave the
workforce? I
have always been interested in the races, but stopped for a while a couple
of years back because I was too busy. I bought this program because it was
a greater chance for me to make money out of the horses.
I
saw the Trilogics program as a lifestyle change with the capacity to still
make a reasonable income. What
do you see the IGL program as? I
believe that this program requires a lot of self control and discipline. I
believe that so long as IGL can get the punter out of me I will use the
program as an advantage to myself. Paul (my trainer) once said to me that
if I continue to be a punter he will come to New Zealand and burn my house
down.. I believed him!! What
has been your biggest challenge with the IGL software, if
any? Wandering
back sometimes as a punter and I have to constantly remind myself that I
am an analyst not a gambler. I find that I need to keep telling myself .
let the software do the job. How
have you found the support from IGL so
far? From
top to bottom; excellent! I could not ask for anything more from
IGL. Any problem that I have had has been no problem for the staff at
IGL. Would
you be interested in being a demonstration agent for
IGL? Yes
I would be, I am happy to show the program to others, I believe I would be
a valuable demonstrator given my knowledge and experience within the
industry and my knowledge and experience with the Trilogics
program. What
can you see or expect for the future of
IGL? I would love to see IGL continue to prosper, if they prosper then I prosper. I am happy with everything the way it is though. If Paul continues to succeed in getting the punter out of me and I continue to do what he says then I will prosper greatly.
