The staff and management at Intervest Global recognise the need to have exceptional customer support. We are continually working on improving customer satisfaction through extensive testing of new systems and reviewing long term proven formulas.

When you decide to join Intervest Global and our many happy clients we will provide you with all the training and support you will need to make this investment a success.

We have staff dedicated to technical support that assist in the installation and maintenance of the software. We also have staff dedicated to training you in the use and understanding of how it works.

Technical Support is available to all clients Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Customer support is available by telephone, email and fax.

Training is available to all clients from Tuesday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm by appointment only.
